About Mount Vernon Condominium
Mount Vernon, a Water-Front Over-55 Condominium Community, is made up of 434 Homes on 84 beautifully landscaped acres. We are located on Sarasota Bay with direct access to the Gulf. We have 70 Boat Docks, Boat and RV Storage and a large Kayak Storage and Launching area.

We are close to three airports and are only three miles away from the Beaches of Anna Maria Island (Coquina Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach) and just a short distance from Longboat Key and St. Armands Circle further down Gulf Drive toward Sarasota.

Mount Vernon is a Water-Oriented Community. Many of our Homes are either on our scenic Lakes, our Canal which leads directly to Sarasota Bay, the IntraCoastal and the Gulf, or the incredible Sunset Views of Sarasota Bay.

Mount Vernon is a mature Community built solidly 50 years ago and has withstood years of Florida Tropical Storms and Hurricanes.

Do you like Outdoor Activities? We have many Clubs for such interests as Boating, Kayaking, Tennis, Pickleball, Shuffle Board, Bocce Ball, a huge heated and chilled Swimming Pool.

Your Monthly Condominium Fee includes such Features as: WiFi, Home Water Use, Trash Pickup, Landscaping/Trimming, Sewer. Our Finances are healthy and we purposely have a large Reserve.
