Mount Vernon Home Construction
Mount Vernon Homes, whether they are our Villa style or Condo style (Condos and Lake Houses), are solidly built out of Concrete and Concrete Block. They have dependably survived quite well for 50 years through the worst of Florida Tropical Storms and Hurricanes.

Mount Vernon Condominium is responsible for the upkeep of your Mount Vernon Home structure. (Walls and Roof) as well as all the Amenities and Grounds.
